Common Modifier Combinations
Section titled “Common Modifier Combinations”FM:Remix · Credit
Remix freely, just credit me. The most straightforward choice — you want recognition but no other restrictions.
FM:Remix · Credit · Royalty(10%)
Remix freely, credit me, and I get 10% if you sell it. Good for producers who want to earn from their work while still encouraging remixes.
FM:Remix · Credit · ShareAlike
Remix freely, credit me, and your remix must also carry a FreeMix license. This keeps derivatives in the FreeMix ecosystem.
FM:Remix · Credit · NoAI
Remix freely, credit me, but don’t use this as AI training data. For creators who support human remixing but want to protect against machine learning scraping.
FM:Remix · Credit · Royalty(15%) · ShareAlike · NoAI
The full stack — credit required, 15% royalty on sales, derivatives stay in the FreeMix ecosystem, and no AI training. Maximum protection while still encouraging creative remixing.
